Tennessee Watershed Rapid Assessment Program Local HTML prototype for TDEC Division of Water Resources

Watershed Rapid Assessment Program for Tennessee

Purpose

This local prototype brings watershed boundaries, public water-resource datasets, maps, tables, and charts into a single assessment interface. It follows the Colorado WRAP workflow: select a known HUC boundary, view layers by assessment category, summarize attributes, and generate a watershed management report template.

Tennessee is not Colorado wearing cowboy boots. The layer catalog is adapted for Tennessee data: no SNOTEL/snowpack layer, stronger emphasis on TDEC 303(d)/water-quality data, USGS WBD/NHD, FEMA flood hazards, ACS population, NLCD land cover and imperviousness, and TDEC/TNMap services.

Step 1
Choose HUC-10 or HUC-12.
Step 2
Select a watershed and zoom to it.
Step 3
Load available Tennessee layers.
Step 4
Export a report template.
